We read every message. Please write in English if you can, and give us the details below — it is usually the difference between a fix and a guess.
If it is about a purchase, add the coin pack you bought and the receipt email the store sent you.
Coins are the in-game currency. You earn them by playing — matches pay out win or lose, and there is a daily spinner and a reward trail. You spend them in the shop on boxes of random Turf cards (the Kibble Sack, the Pet Carrier and the Reinforced Crate, at 250, 600 and 1,000 coins), and on putting a benched sidekick back in the game.
Only if you ask for one. The game offers a short rewarded video in three places: to double your daily spinner gift, to take an extra spin, and to get three cards when a sidekick runs out. Nothing plays unless you tap the offer, and the reward arrives when the video finishes. Players under 13 are never shown ads. If you see an ad you think should not be there, use REPORT AN AD at the bottom of the Prize Odds page.
Keep playing, claim your daily spin and your trail rewards, or buy a coin pack in the shop. Coin packs come in 500, 1,200, 2,000 and 5,000 coins.
Apple's App Store or Google Play does. The purchase happens on their sheet, they charge your account, and the game never sees your card or store details. The price you see is the price they quote in your own currency.
First, close the game completely and reopen it — a purchase that completed while the app was interrupted usually finishes on the next launch. If the coins are still missing, email us at smallbatchappsservice@gmail.com with the store's receipt email and the coin pack you bought.
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, not by us — we cannot issue one.
The store decides. If they need something from us, tell them to get in touch.
If you were signed in, yes: sign in on the new phone and your coin balance comes back with the rest of your progress. If you were not signed in, no: coin packs are consumable purchases, and neither Apple nor Google restores them, so coins that lived only on the old phone do not move.
No. The game is fully playable without an account, and you can skip the sign-in screen the first time it appears. If you want to sign in later, it is in Settings under SIGN IN. Signing in links your play to your Apple or Google account; signing out again unlinks it and leaves everything you own untouched.
On your device, and if you sign in, backed up to your account too. Sign in with Apple or Google in Settings and your coins, sidekicks, level, trail progress and closet come with you to a new phone or after a reinstall. If you play without signing in, everything lives only on that phone, and deleting the app removes it.
In the game: Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE. You will be asked to confirm twice, because it cannot be undone. It removes your progress, coins, level, achievements, every sidekick and card you own, your trail progress, wardrobe, streak, your settings, your sign-in link, and your answer to the age screen. The game then starts completely fresh.
Deleting your account does not refund purchases — see the refund answer above.
It is a one-time age question, asked before anything else. We use it for one thing: players under 13 have analytics switched off entirely, so nothing about their play leaves the phone. We ask for the month as well as the year so that players who turn 13 are treated as 13 in the month it happens, rather than waiting until January. We never ask for the day, and your answer stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. There is more detail on the privacy policy page.
The question is asked once and is not asked again. The only way to change the answer is Delete Account in Settings, which clears it along with everything else.
There is no energy meter and no lives timer in Tails & Turf — nothing to wait for. Each sidekick has a number of cards, shown on its card on the PICK YOUR FIGHTER screen. Losing a match spends one card of the sidekick you played. Winning costs nothing, and a draw costs nothing.
When a sidekick reaches zero cards it is benched, and the game offers you one more go for coins. The price depends on the sidekick — on the Turf roster it is 250 for the Border Collie, 300 for the Persian Cat, 350 for the Frogfish, 400 for the Golden Retriever and 450 for the Schnauzer. You can also win more cards from the boxes in the shop.
The German Shepherd is free, never runs out, and is always available — so you can never be locked out of a match.
Some sidekicks unlock at a level, not by being bought. A locked sidekick keeps any cards it already has; it just cannot be played until you reach its level. Keep winning matches and it will open up.
Settings → TUNES. One toggle, and it silences the music and the sound effects together. Turn it back on the same way.
There is also HOW TO PLAY for the rules, and ODDS & RULES for what is inside the shop's card boxes.
Tap HOW TO PLAY in the menu for the rules, or TUTORIAL → REPLAY in Settings to run the first-match walkthrough again from the start.
Close the game fully and reopen it. If it keeps happening, email us with the details listed at the top of this page — especially your device, your OS version and what you were doing when it happened.
Email smallbatchappsservice@gmail.com with a screenshot. Art, text and layout problems are all worth reporting.
What the game collects, what stays on your phone, and how to delete it all: see the Tails & Turf Privacy Policy.
